Diary Management – day to day management of the Director’s diaries and any travel arrangements
Inbox management/assistance – prioritise the emails that the Director needs to deal with personally, answer emails or draft responses where possible and delegate responses where appropriate to other members of the team.
Meetings – Attend meetings alongside Director as and when required, to note discussion points, agreed actions & follow ups, in order to ensure that each attendee is aware of & supported in following up on those agreed actions
Projects – Keep up to date with all live and upcoming projects across the business, support progress of each project where appropriate and carry out any tasks that may support the successful delivery of each project.
Events – When required, be ready co-ordinate any events the company may wish to host, coordinating dates, invitations, catering, liaising with key stakeholders etc
