Ad & Attract
£350 a month for up to 2 hires,

We advertise, telephone interview then it’s over to you!
For busy hiring managers who need reach and first-line screening—without the full-blown bells and whistles. We take a thorough brief, turn it into a compelling advert and broadcast it across the right job boards. While the applications roll in, we handle the sifting, initial engagement and telephone interviews, so only genuinely viable candidates reach your desk. You stay in control of the final interviews, but skip the CV overload and wasted calls.
Full Service
£650 a month for up to 2 hires,
£850 a month for up to 4 hires
This is where we fully take the reins, from start to signed contract.
This is the full works—no faff, no fuss. You still get all the benefits of the Ad & Attract package, but we go much deeper. We kick off by capturing the full details of the role, we advise on salary, craft an advert that attracts, then proactively search the market to engage passive candidates, not just those actively job hunting. You’ll have a dedicated Vacancy Manager and weekly updates while we screen, video-interview and profile every contender. We load the strongest candidates into your portal then schedule your interviews. We can also draft your interview questions if you wish, and, if your new hire drifts off in the early months, we’ll replace them for free. Your only job after that? Decide whose name goes on the offer letter.
NOTE: This charging model is for permanent vacancies with a basic salary of up to £40,000.
